May 27, 2014· Hi 61 Sharon, No, I did not take the strontium boost, but I took strontium citrate 680 mg for years and 340 mg. for 1 year. I took 1200 mg. calcium fr years along with vit. D, magnesium, and a few other supplements. I now take 600 mg. calcium along with vit. K2 (MK4) 5 mg. daily. Hope it works as well for you as it did for us.
